As a therapist, military veteran, corporate leader, and multi-state clinician with over 20+ years of executive experience, I understand what it feels like to carry pressure, perform at high levels, and still try to stay strong for everyone else.
You don't have to do that here.
My style is collaborative, direct, and practical. Healing should be compassionate but it should also be strategic. Through my Power • Purpose • Peace framework, we begin by activating your inherent power to choose growth and healing. As you move with intention, your purpose becomes clearer—and from that clarity, real and sustainable peace emerges.
As the Founder of Bran Behavioral Health, PLLC™, I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, chronic stress, and leadership fatigue. I am licensed in Texas, Colorado, Georgia, with additional states pending, allowing me to support clients across regions.
This work doesn't stop in session. I also serve as a speaker and trainer, bringing the same Power • Purpose • Peace principles into organizations and professional spaces helping leaders and teams build resilience, prioritize mental wellness, and perform without sacrificing their well-being.
